Built for daily use, the bag is made from high-density, wear-resistant polyester with a color-fast finish. The red-and-blue color blocking is trimmed with contrasting webbing piping for extra durability, while padded shoulder straps and a top grab handle keep it comfortable for little shoulders. A front zippered pocket provides quick access to small items, and stretch mesh side pockets hold water bottles or umbrellas with ease.

Step 1: Inquiry & Design Brief (1–3 days) Share your design files, reference samples, or simply your idea. We confirm style, dimensions, target age group, quantity, and IP requirements.

Step 2: Material & Trim Selection (2–3 days) Choose from 210D/420D polyester or nylon, lining options, zipper types, webbing colors, and mesh — all confirmed with physical color cards and swatches.

Step 3: Sampling (≈15 days | US$200/sample, refundable with bulk order) We produce a pre-production sample for your approval — checking print placement, color matching, eye appliqué/patch details, stitching quality, and overall construction.

Step 4: Order Confirmation Once the sample is approved, we sign the contract and collect a 30% deposit to lock in your production slot.

Step 5: Mass Production (≈45 days) Cutting → sublimation/screen printing → piping → sewing → appliqué & patch attachment → finishing & ironing. In-line QC checks at every stage.

Step 6: Quality Inspection (AQL 2.5) We test print fastness (rub & wash), zipper durability, strap strength, stitching density (8–10 SPI), and overall appearance. Child-safety testing (EN71 / CPSIA / ASTM) available on request.

Step 7: Packing & Global Delivery Individually poly-bagged and packed in export cartons — custom hangtags, labels, and retail packaging available. Shipped worldwide by sea, air, or express after final payment.
