Step 1: Inquiry & Design Confirmation (1–3 days) Share your design, reference sample, or ideas. We confirm the style, size, colors (e.g., mint green), structure (clear front window pocket, main compartment), and quantity.
Step 2: Material & Trim Selection (2–3 days)

Main fabric: 210D/420D nylon or polyester, optional waterproof coating

Window: 0.3–0.5mm eco-friendly clear PVC / TPU

Artwork: digital or screen printing + appliqué embroidery

Trims: webbing, zippers, buckles, lining — all confirmed via color cards
Step 3: Sampling (≈15 days, US$200/sample, refundable with bulk order) A pre-production sample is made with print alignment, window stitching, and appliqué details, then shipped for approval.
Step 4: Sample Approval & Order Placement After approval, a contract is signed with a 30% deposit and production is scheduled.
Step 5: Mass Production (≈45 days) Cutting → printing → window attaching (HF welding or stitching) → sewing → appliqué & decoration → ironing & finishing.
Step 6: Quality Inspection (AQL 2.5) We check window adhesion, zipper smoothness, stitching density (8–10 SPI), load testing, and safety compliance (EN71 / CPSIA available for kids’ products).
Step 7: Packing & Delivery Packed per your requirements (polybag + carton; custom hangtags, labels available). Shipped worldwide by sea, air, or express after final payment.
