Saelher coordinates product development and manufacturing for independent designers, eCommerce entrepreneurs, brands, and wholesale buyers. We work across fashion, home textiles, pet products, wedding products, and selected lifestyle categories. Each project is matched to suitable development teams, production facilities, and specialist suppliers within our manufacturing network.

OEM and ODM Development

For OEM projects, we manufacture from your approved design, technical pack, sample, and specifications. For ODM projects, our team can help develop a product direction from a concept, reference, target market, or collection brief. The service scope is tailored to how complete your idea is and what support is needed to make it production-ready.

Product and Pattern Development

Sketches, images, physical samples, or written ideas can be translated into practical product specifications. Depending on the brief, development may cover construction planning, measurements, pattern making, grading, size-range planning, and category-specific technical details.

Fabric and Trim Sourcing

Material sourcing can cover fabrics and linings as well as the trims, hardware, labels, and packaging required for the design. Options are evaluated against the intended look, function, quality level, quantity, and budget. Availability and supplier minimums are confirmed for each project.

Sampling

Sampling allows you to review fit, dimensions, materials, colors, construction, function, branding, and finish before bulk production. We coordinate sample development and agreed revisions, then use the approved sample or final specification as a production reference.

Cut-and-Sew Production

Our cut-and-sew services cover material preparation, cutting, sewing, assembly, finishing, and category-specific processes. Depending on the design, production can also involve embroidery, printing, washing, quilting, pleating, binding, padding, or hardware installation.

Quality Control

Quality control is integrated across material review, sampling, production, finishing, and packing. Checks are based on the approved sample, specifications, measurements, construction requirements, and agreed inspection criteria. Independent inspection or product testing can be coordinated when a project requires it.

Relevant compliance documentation can be discussed during project review. This may include amfori BSCI social-audit information or GOTS and OEKO-TEX certification documentation where applicable. Scheme, facility, material, product, scope, and current status must be confirmed for the specific project; these references do not mean that every Saelher product or every facility is covered.

Packaging

We can coordinate care labels, brand labels, hangtags, folding, individual packing, cartons, and other agreed packaging requirements. Custom packaging feasibility, minimums, and costs depend on the design and supplier.

International Shipping

International delivery options may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or handover to a customer-appointed freight forwarder. The suitable method depends on destination, shipment size, delivery priorities, product restrictions, and the agreed shipping arrangement.
