Whether you are developing your first product or expanding an established collection, Saelher provides a clear path from concept to delivery. We support independent designers, eCommerce entrepreneurs, brands, and buyers across fashion, home textiles, pet products, and wedding products.

1. Choose a Product or Share Your Idea

Start with a product from our collection or send us your own concept. We can review sketches, reference images, technical packs, physical samples, or a written brief. Tell us what you want to create, who it is for, and how you plan to sell it so we can recommend a suitable development route.

2. Submit Specifications

Share the details available for your project, including measurements, materials, colors, size range, branding, packaging, expected quantity, destination, and target schedule. If your brief is not yet production-ready, our team can help identify the information needed for product development and quotation.

3. Quotation and Sampling

We review the design, construction, materials, order quantity, and service requirements before preparing a project-based quotation. When sampling is required, we confirm the sample scope, applicable fees, and estimated schedule before work begins. The sample allows you to assess fit, dimensions, materials, function, workmanship, and overall appearance.

4. Sample Approval and Bulk Production

After you review the sample, send consolidated feedback for any agreed revisions. Bulk production begins only after the final sample or specification, materials, colors, quantities, branding, packaging, price, and production details are approved. The production plan and schedule depend on project complexity, material availability, order volume, and factory capacity.

5. Quality Control and Delivery

Quality checks may include material inspection, in-process checks, measurement and construction review, finishing inspection, and final inspection against the approved sample or specification. Shipment proceeds after the order receives the required quality-control release and, where agreed, customer or third-party approval. We then coordinate packing and the selected delivery method, which may be express courier, air freight, sea freight, or handover to your nominated forwarder.
