Yes. We can evaluate reference images, sketches, technical packs, or physical samples and develop a custom version based on your requirements. References are used to understand construction and direction; we do not reproduce protected logos or unauthorized branded designs.

Yes. When needed, our development team can help organize design details, measurements, construction notes, materials, trims, and artwork into a production-ready specification. Design-service costs depend on the complexity and completeness of the information provided.

Yes. We can customize woven labels, printed labels, embroidery, heat transfers, hangtags, care labels, packaging, and other branding elements. Logo files should be supplied in a clear vector or high-resolution format, and all branding must be authorized by the customer.

Yes. Material, color, size range, lining, padding, zipper, buckle, button, and other component options can be customized where technically suitable. Availability, MOQ, cost, and lead time vary by material and supplier.

Yes. Customer designs, specifications, and project information are treated as confidential and used only for quotation, development, and production. A separate confidentiality agreement can be discussed when a project requires one.

Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per style per color. Special materials, custom-dyed fabrics, unique hardware, or complex techniques may require a higher quantity, which will be confirmed before sampling or quotation.

The standard sample development fee is USD 170 per piece. Additional charges may apply for custom molds, special materials, complex artwork, premium hardware, testing, or unusually detailed construction.

Yes. The USD 170 sample development fee is refundable after the corresponding bulk-production order is confirmed and placed. Any separate charges for special molds, testing, expedited services, or non-recoverable materials will be explained before payment.

Standard sample development normally takes 15–20 days after the design, measurements, materials, colors, artwork, payment, and other details are confirmed. Complex techniques, special materials, or multiple revisions may extend the schedule.

Please provide reference images or a technical pack, measurements, target materials, colors, logo artwork, construction details, quantity, target market, and delivery destination. The more complete the brief, the more accurately we can quote and develop the sample.

Yes. You may provide consolidated comments on fit, measurements, color, material, construction, branding, or finishing. Revision timing and possible charges depend on the requested changes and whether new materials or components are required.

Yes. Multiple colorways and sizes can be developed when required. Each physical sample is charged separately at USD 170 per piece unless a different written quotation is agreed.

Standard bulk production normally takes 35–40 days after the purchase order, 50% deposit, approved sample, materials, artwork, packaging, and all production details are confirmed. Large quantities, custom-dyed materials, testing, holidays, or complex workmanship may affect the schedule.

The customer must approve the final sample or agreed specification, measurements, materials, colors, logos, labels, packaging, quantity, price, and delivery terms. Production begins only after the required deposit and written approvals are received.

Quality control is carried out through material inspection, in-process checks, measurement and construction checks, finishing inspection, and final random inspection. Products are evaluated against the approved sample, technical specification, and written order requirements.

Small production tolerances may occur because of material behavior, dye lots, manual processes, and measurement methods. Acceptable tolerances should be agreed before production, and we work to keep bulk goods consistent with the approved sample and specification.

Yes. Customers may appoint an independent inspection company to inspect the goods before shipment. Inspection requirements, timing, standards, and related fees should be confirmed before bulk production is completed.

Yes, testing can be arranged according to the product type and destination-market requirements. Relevant BSCI, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, material, or laboratory documentation may be available where applicable; third-party testing and certification fees are quoted separately.

Please provide the product type, design or reference, material, measurements, colors, branding, packaging, quantity per style and color, target quality level, delivery destination, and requested delivery date. A physical sample or complete technical pack usually produces the most accurate quotation.

A quotation normally states the product specification, unit price, MOQ, sample terms, production lead time, payment terms, and agreed packing basis. Freight, duties, testing, custom molds, special packaging, and development services are listed separately when applicable.

Our standard payment terms are a 50% deposit to begin bulk production and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. Production and shipment are scheduled after the corresponding payments have been received.

Available payment methods and account details are stated on the official quotation or proforma invoice. Please pay only to the account confirmed by Saelher and verify any requested account change with us through our official contact channels.

We support express courier, air freight, and sea freight. We can also coordinate with a customer-appointed freight forwarder when the handover requirements are confirmed in advance.

Yes. We can arrange international shipping to many destinations, subject to carrier availability, customs rules, and product restrictions. Freight cost and transit time are quoted according to the destination, shipment volume, and selected shipping method.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import compliance. The applicable shipping term will be stated on the quotation or proforma invoice.

Please contact us promptly with the order number, affected quantity, clear photos or videos, and a description of the issue. We will compare the claim with the approved sample and specification, investigate the cause, and propose a reasonable solution for verified manufacturing defects.

Because custom products are made to approved specifications, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of preference changes, slow sales, or customer-supplied sizing errors. Verified manufacturing defects are handled according to the approved specification, inspection evidence, and written order agreement.
